Fire Extinguisher Online delivery and Pricing Policies.

For Orders Within Australia:

Note: We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO BOXES.

Once you have ordered your product online, we appreciate your urgency to receive your item. Unfortunately fire extinguishers are classed as a dangerous good so cannot be sent via Australia Post which means that we have to use couriers for all of our deliveries. We will post it through VicTasFreight, Startrack, Border Express or any other Courier (eg: GO, Fast Way, TNT...), you will be able to track your purchase with a unique tracking code and link, this will be sent to you by email.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at your designated shipping address as charges for every re-delivery attempt will occur. You will receive an invoice with these additional fees that must be paid.

LOGIN AND TRACK or CHECK YOUR ORDER

Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm or the next day and please allow 1 – 5 working days after dispatch for item's receipt depending on your location. It might take up to 10 business days for remote areas.

Note- some restrictions apply to the shipping of fire extinguishers and certain goods which we sell, should this effect your order we will be in contact with you shortly after your order has been completed.

Acceptance of Goods:

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Fire Extinguisher Online immediately, by email [email protected]

Fire Extinguisher Online will take care in packaging items and inspect all stock before delivery for faults. Fire Extinguisher Online reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response given with 48 hours of receipt of item. Postage of this item will be refunded on receipt by Fire Extinguisher Online of the item being deemed faulty. If an item has a request to replace on your order receipt form received with your purchase, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the item is unable to be replaced a full refund will be given by way of credit card reimbursement.

Delivery Pricing:

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and your location:

  • Just add the products that you want to buy to your cart then go to the Cart page. Once on the Cart page click the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” button and enter your postcode.
  • Alternatively you can check the delivery cost by entering your delivery address at the Checkout.

In order for us to get you the lowest delivery price available we have to work it out for each order. We do this by determining the closest depot to your location and then using the cheapest courier servicing that area.

While we do our best to have accurate shipping cost on our website, these may be subject to change based on the price we are charged at the time of ordering.

If the delivery cost is different to what you received in your order we will ask if you want to pay the difference or if you want a full refund.

For bulk orders, going on a skid/pallet, if there is no forklift on-site, a tailgate and/or hand unload fee will be payable.

Online Pricing:

Fire Extinguisher Online reserves the right to change product prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped. A processing fee might be applied at our discretion.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Fire Extinguisher Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Fire Extinguisher Online Return Policies

Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders:

Returns & Exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been used or altered in any way and is with original packaging. The products must also have all original tags attached.

You can return or exchange merchandise to our online store within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, majority of fire items have a shelf life and are dated and therefore returns have to be immediate. A minimum re-stocking fee of $100 applies to all returns (if 30% of cost is less than $100) or a 30% of cost restocking fee applies (this might be waved or decreased on a case by case basis). Also no refunds will be paid on maintenance tags being stamped.

To return merchandise to our online store securely pack the return merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box (at your cost) , please send us an email to [email protected] so we can forward our return address  (we have different warehouses depending on your order). 

We advise that when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracing service to ensure the safe delivery to us.
